Ordering & Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! Lumivara Crystal is a wholesale-first brand. All prices listed on our store are already wholesale rates designed for resellers, boutique owners, and studio buyers. For bulk orders (10+ units per SKU) or custom packaging requests, contact us for additional discounts.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most products have no minimum order quantity — you can order as few as 1 unit to test a product before committing to bulk. Some specialty items (custom engraved, premium specimens) may have a minimum of 2–5 units. Check individual product pages for details.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We encourage sample orders before bulk buying. Simply add the item to your cart and order a single unit. Sample shipping costs apply and are not refunded when you place a full order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
How are fragile items packaged?
All crystal products are individually wrapped in foam or bubble wrap and placed in reinforced boxes. Large specimens and cluster pieces receive additional padding. We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.
Products & Quality
Are your crystals natural and authentic?
Yes. All crystals in the Lumivara catalog are natural, unenhanced gemstones sourced directly from mines and certified workshops. We do not sell dyed, synthetic, or lab-created stones unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
Natural crystals have inherent variations in color, pattern, and size — this is part of their beauty. Product photos show a representative example. For raw stones and clusters especially, each piece is unique. If you need to approve a specific specimen before purchase, contact us.
How do I care for my crystals?
Most crystals can be gently wiped with a dry soft cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight (can fade some stones), water exposure for porous stones, and harsh chemicals. Cleanse energetically using moonlight, selenite, or sound bowls. Specific care instructions are included on each product page.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damaged item and packaging and contact us at vickyhe616@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement promptly at no additional cost.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
