Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak season volumes.
Packaging
All crystal products are individually wrapped in foam or bubble wrap and packed in reinforced cardboard boxes. Fragile items such as crystal clusters, spheres, and large specimens receive additional protective padding. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of both the item and the packaging and email us at vickyhe616@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building's mailroom. If still missing, contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
